Is it safe to shop on your website?
Yes. Majestic uses an SSL certificate that encrypts all information entered on our website. We work exclusively with trusted payment platforms and have no access to your financial data at any point.

Do all orders come with tracking?
Yes. All orders are assigned an international tracking reference, allowing you to follow your parcel's full journey through to delivery.

When will I receive my tracking number?
Within 3 business days of your order being processed, sent automatically to your registered email address. If you do not receive it, please contact us with your order number, full name, and the email address used at checkout.

My tracking hasn't updated. Is that normal?
Yes. During international transit, it is common for tracking to show no updates for a few days. Once the item arrives in the destination country, new movements will be registered. This does not indicate any issue with your order.

What is the estimated delivery time?
5 to 12 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, or periods of high demand.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Only within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this period, it is not possible to amend the delivery address or cancel the order.

I wasn't home when delivery was attempted. What happens?
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, a notification card may be left advising collection from your nearest depot or post office. Should the parcel be returned to us, a re-dispatch fee may apply.

I received a faulty item. What should I do?
Please contact us at support@wearmajestic.com with your order number, product name, and a video evidencing the fault. Once reviewed, we will initiate the exchange or refund process.
