Majestic's Shipping & Delivery Policy is designed to ensure complete transparency and confidence at every stage of the logistics process — from order confirmation through to delivery at your door.
Order Processing
Once payment has been confirmed, your order enters our internal processing stage, which takes up to 5 business days. During this period, we carry out quality checks, picking, packaging, and generation of your tracking reference. Your tracking number will be sent automatically to your registered email address as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
The average delivery timeframe is 5 to 15 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary due to operational delays with postal carriers, customs clearance, periods of high demand (such as Black Friday, Christmas, and public holidays), industrial action, adverse weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Based on our order history, approximately 85% of orders arrive within 15 business days.
Order Tracking
All orders are assigned an international tracking reference. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the status of their shipment in order to avoid issues such as failed delivery or return to sender.
Delivery Attempts & Collection
Deliveries are carried out by our designated postal and courier partners. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt — due to the recipient's absence, operational restrictions, or access difficulties — a notification card may be left advising collection from the nearest depot or post office. Should a parcel be returned to us due to a failed delivery, a re-dispatch fee may apply.
Delivery Address
Please review your delivery details carefully at the time of purchase. We are unable to amend the delivery address more than 24 hours after order confirmation. In the event of a return caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, responsibility lies solely with the customer.
