RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Majestic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following returns and refund policy.


Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and documentation (including warranty cards and certificates of authenticity) are included
  • The item has not been resized, engraved, or otherwise altered

Items that are not eligible for return include:

  • Personalised or custom-engraved pieces
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at support@wearmajestic.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.

We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service for all returns. Majestic is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or faulty.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.


Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
